What About the inflatable in the wind and rain?

If there is rain without winds of 15MPH or lightning , leave unit inflated. If there is rain with winds of 15MPH or lightening, unplug unit and let it deflate. DO NOT allow children in the unit if winds reach 15MPH or more. Deflate the unit until winds die down.
What happens if delivery is made yet there is inclement weather?

Once delivery has been made, regardless of inclement weather, full payment will be expected if not already received. NO EXCEPTIONS. If Inclement weather (rain, heavy winds, lightening, or low temperatures) occurs on the date of your event and you cancel our services per cancelation policy and prior to delivery, rental may be rescheduled to an open date or refund may be issued.
Can we have items in the inflatables?

Food, Drinks, Candy, Silly String, Shoes, Sharp Objects, Pets, Etc are not permitted in or near inflatables or equipment. Silly string and other items are like super glue to an inflatable. A minimum of $45.00 cleaning charge will be applied to any items in the inflatable that needs cleaning after use. No eyeglasses or jewelry should be worn in inflatables.
What insurance do I need to have?

Adequate homeowners, tenant, umbrella policy ,or other liability insurance should cover bodily harm or property damage that can occur to myself, guests, or any invites from the use of the unit. Renter is responsible to bear the cost of injury and/or damage. check with our insurance agent to make sure you have adequate coverage.
Does Okie Bounce N Slide offer supervision during my event?

The renter named on the contract is responsible for the supervision of the inflatable devices and the parties using the inflated devices being rented. Supervisors should be adults 18 or older.
Do I need to hammer in the stakes of the inflatable into the ground?

This will be done by us during setup. Please do not hammer on the stakes (unless you find one loose). A long stake hammered all the way into the ground (by a customer) might not come back out, leaving the renter due for the cost of the stake plus shipping.
Can people that are different in ages get in the inflatables at the same Time?

It is advised that children of the same size or age group use the inflatable at the same time, any given time.
What is the cancellation policy?

If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled event, you will receive a refund to the credit card from which it was paid. No Cash Refunds. If you choose to cancel within the 48 hours you may reschedule your date along with your paid deposit to a time we have available or cancel and forfeit paid deposit.
